Useful information
We have separate cat and dog entrances and waiting areas to keep your pet as calm as possible. For pets requiring overnight care, 24-hour patient monitoring and emergency care is provided through our partnership with Vets-Now.
You can park anywhere in the shared trading estate car park (for up to 90 minutes). Please use the QR code displayed in reception to register your vehicle, so that you won’t be charged for your stay.
Disabled access is available through the main front entrance. If you would like further support when entering our building, please call our reception team, who will be happy to come outside and assist you.
